We offer quality yoga classes, anchored in classical yoga history, safe alignment principals and effective sequencing.
B VINYASA YOGA
Contrary to the popular belief, the word 'vinyasa' (which is derived from the Sanskrit language), does not mean a vigorous asana class with many high to low pushups. It means "To place in a specific order". Our B Vinyasa sequence was created by our founders, and consists of 30 postures. These classes are the same each class, as such, they are great for beginner yogis and also for those looking to advance their practice. Chill music will be played during this class.
B YIN YOGA
Our B Yin classes are anchored in the meridians (energy lines) of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and follow the 4 Tattvas of Yin Yoga: Stillness, Edge, Time and Release. Our Founders designed our B Yin Sequences to each have a specific class focus on two of the meridian lines. You will use props such as bolsters, block and blankets in all B Yin Classes. The purpose of this class is to release deep tissues where tension and past energetic holds exists. You will leave this very slow paced class feeling rinsed and renewed! Relaxing classical music or mantras will be played during this class.
B HATHA YOGA
These are gentle yoga classes that are very grounding, as there are very few standing postures. You will experience some Yin Tattvas in these classes, and also some yang movement. These classes are great to unwind with at the end of the day. These classes always incorporate a 5 minute seated meditation and breathwork.
B MIND MEDITATION
Intro to mindful meditation - suitable for all levels of meditators from brand new and first time meditators to the seasoned meditator! Learn how to meditate successfully and experience the many benefits of meditation, including: a calm and relaxed state of mind, better sleep, ability to handle life's situations more usefully.
B MIND YOGA A fusion between yoga and meditation. In this class you flow through asanas and experience seated meditation.
